Progesterone suppositories
What dose are you on, how many times a day, and what was your progesterone level?
I’m on 400 MG once a day (before bed) and last progesterone draw was 14. Before it had been 23,18,16,13 and then 14. I’m wondering if I should be on a higher dose or twice a day.
I did read that vaginal suppositories don’t get into your bloodstream as much so you might not see it reflected in your serum levels. Anyone else hear this?
