Holy ouch!!!
So I was having a Braxton Hick and as it started my daughter started grinding her head on my cervix. Then the tightening went to the top and she was pushing the top of my uterus as she was still grinding her head! This lasted about 45 seconds. Holy cow it huuuurrrtt!!
