Husband wants to sleep in different rooms

I am 37 weeks pregnant and have a 4 year old that sleeps in the room with us; husband does not want her to sleep by herself. I keep asking husband to make time to remodel the guest room and he finally said he was going to do it and made this comment “Once it’s remodeled I am going to sleep so good in there” we have been married for almost 14 years and honestly that made me feel really sad when he said that. I did not ask why he wanted to sleep in there because he says I am always overreacting. I am not sure how to feel. Is this the end of our marriage?
