How do I go about this?

I’m due in a few weeks and last pregnancy my mom threw a fit about the rules we set. 
Well this time we will have the same rules like no kissing, no posting on Facebook until we do first etc...
How can I nicely go about asking family to not post on social media about the birth?

Don’t tell them you’re in labor til after baby is born ? Idk I never had to set rules

Literally just tell them. If they can’t respect YOUR wishes with YOUR child, they are childish themselves. 
I’ll have to deal with this with my mother as well. She just doesn’t get it either.

We posted on Facebook to make sure all family saw, no kissing and no posting until we did. Ask us before coming to the hospital blah blah. We didn’t tell anyone I decided to get induced the next day except close family.. everyone showed up while I was induced I just didn’t let anyone come back to the room besides my mom and brother and sister-in-law for a little bit. Of course my brother posted on Facebook I was in the hospital 🙄 and then everyone was like aggravated because I labored alllllll day and didn’t have him until 11:11pm which I’m pretty thankful for because the only person left at the hospital was my sister-in-law and I let her come back once we were in my room because I didn’t care if she saw my boobs and she waited patiently all day. 
This time we have a scheduled c-section and along with my post I’m letting everyone know we won’t be having visitors (not posting when the day is or anything) but still a lie. My mom will be bringing our son and my mother-in-law will be allowed to come. And my father-in-law which I would prefer he didn’t because he’s a heavy smoker but not much I can do because he’s her grandpa and family and my hubs wants him there.

I’ve seen a lot of people post things similar to this before hand and I plan to post one one my social media pages. I think it’s pretty reasonable expectations

It’s so annoying having to worry about these things. My mom, brother and one of my sisters are heavy smokers. I know my brother (total sweetheart) will not mind doing anything I ask of him. My sister will be fine with washing her hands but I doubt she’ll be in fresh clothes since she smokes like every 5 Minutes and my mom gets annoyed when you just ask her to wash her hands. I hate it so much! I honestly don’t even want them to come to the hospital at all.

How do I go about this?
