Weird spotting, cramps, & backache but not on period
I am on the pill and haven’t missed any pills at all. I still have 7 pills to take before my next period begins so 10 actual days until my period. Today I started spotting a little brown and cream color today and have had back ache and a little bit of cramping. I’ve had issues before of feeling back ache and cramping while not on my period before but never spotting. Should I be worried? Or call my OBGYN?
