Sore nipples 7dpo

Okay, so ladies I wanted to know if sore nipples could be a early pregnancy symptom. I never EVER get sore nipples. Sore breast? Yes. I also experience a sharp cramp in my lower abdomen every so often which has been happening for a couple of days now. I don’t want to get my hopes up but I really hope I am pregnant this time. 🤞🏾
