My hook up cried after he came

I went on a tinder date with a guy who i’ve been texting for a while.. he seems really cool and we get along well especially conversation-wise. We met up for the first time last week and really clicked so when we saw each other again tonight we hooked up. We had both agreed we wanted something casual but the whole time he kept telling me how amazing and beautiful i am. When he came he stayed inside me and burrowed his head into my chest and i could tell he was all teary eyed and sort of crying. I’ve heard about women crying after O’s but not men.. has this ever happened with you? Why does this happen? Did i do something wrong?
