I remember a few weeks ago my nephew kicked me in the boob while we were playing, and for some reason that made me leak... everywhere... I was wearing a light grey top and didn't have a change of clothes 😳 
I almost never leaked past about 3 weeks, but sleep regression has thrown off our schedule. It use to be she'd sleep through the night and I didn't have to wear a bra to bed, now I have to because if she doesn't wake up my boobs still do 😭

How annoying is it! I had to live in breastpads 24/7 with my first up until 15 months, a month after he had even weaned. It’s even worse this time around, so sick of waking up on wet sheets from milk spilling out. Tried so many breast pads and finally found one that works the best 🙌🏼

Same. Constant leaking and let downs randomly. My mum had the same issue and had to wear pads all the time. Ive used cut up maternity pads as an emergency when I've run out.
