How to sharpen?

Do I sharpen this with an actual pencil sharpener? It’s like plastic but it also says sharpenable...?

Ugh! Isn't that so annoying?! I could never figure out how to sharpen these. I think they are technically supposed to sharpen themselves in a way, idk😂 
I gave up and went back to pencils.

Take the bottom piece off it likely has it's own sharpener

Omfg no! I guess unless you want lead and pencil shavings in ur eye. That’s a good way to fck up ur eye and give urself an infection. There are actual eye liner sharpeners you can buy at the store, but that one actually looks like it may have a built in sharpener there at the end and on the bottom.
