Pregnant or not

I’ve never been more confused is it possible to have higher hcg in the afternoon? I took the first response and the first response digital last night it had a faint line and then the digital said yes. So I take two more this morning and the line is a little lighter and the digital says no? Then I take the Walmart one a little while ago and it says this?

I always get positives (when testing early) at night but negative in the am But you have a clear yes+ Congrats!!!!
