Every step of this pregnancy I have had to fight for fair treatment at my job. It has been one disaster after another. At one point my manager slagged me off to the whole workplace because I had to go home due to severe vomiting. Well the latest is I gave him my mat b1 form over 3 weeks ago. I rang payroll today to see if they could give me my pay details for maternity and they couldn't because they havnt recieved my mat b1. So my manager has sat on it for 3 weeks and done nothing! Pay roll told me that because i have 5.5 weeks annual leave booked before my maternity starts in decemeber that if they don't get the mat b1 certificate very soon then I won't even get a wage for November because the annual leave dates are on that. I am fuming!! My manager is a complete waste of space and is not competent in his job what so ever.
