Enhancement pills?

Okay this is a weird question but has anyone used (successfully) female enhancement pills for sex?

Little back story (sorry for graphic info): my bf is kinda thick which used to be great but for the last year or so it’s been a hassle to have sex cause I hurt like a lot.. usually I tear a little but what bothers me the most is inside I feel inflamed. I’ve gone to the doctor she said everything is normal down there no tears inside and nothing abnormal all she suggested was live and lots of foreplay which helps but not completely.

So back to my question: I saw an ad for a female enhancement medication that makes you more aroused and I also saw a post about an over the counter pill for a stimulant. Granted I don’t want to go for hours because I don’t think either of us would last. But we tried the other day and I was in so much pain we had to stop like 5 mins into it 🤦🏻‍♀️. Is there anything you ladies have used or do any of you have this problem or am I just completely abnormal 😔???
