Castor oil?!?

I’m full term and looking at all the old wives tales. What are your thoughts on castor oil?? 
Obviously doing a reasonable amount, not half the bottle

It can cause your baby to defecate in the womb and inhale meconium, which can be deadly. Just don't. Be patient and let your body do what it's supposed to.

I use castor oil for my skin & stretch marks but would NEVER use it to induce. The risks faaaaar outweigh the benefits.

From experience with my last two pregnancies i uaes castro oil BUT i was also 40 weeks, and was given an ok to start walking ans doing whatever to help further along my dilation. So a cap full of castro oil did the trick with botb my babies but i also did lost of walking, squats, jumping on the trampoline, pineapple juice, dancing all that FIRST and the castro oil WAS THE VERY LAST THING I DID.. So please just use other things first and if no luck or your dr says to do what toy can to help progress more *castro oil it is.. But please donr do this at all if your not 40+ weeks. Unless told otherwise by your dr.
