Time to lose weight
So 7 months ago I had a babygirl I’ve been trying and trying to lose weight and start living a healthy life but honestly I don’t even know where to start before I got pregnant I started losing weight I was at 200 and went down to 176 in 3/4 months and now I’m at 200 again but haven’t been able to lose anything.Where should I even start ?and I was gonna start going to the gym like I was before but with me being a single mom it’s harder for me I’m already away from her all day so the gym isn’t an option.
