Pain in abdomen

(I’m not pregnant or on period)

I have this sharp pain in my lower right abdomen close to my belly button. I’ve tried pain meds and heating pads but it seems to be only getting worse. I think the severity of the pain is so bad because I started throwing up. I owe hospital bills already so I’m trying not to go to the er but it’s really getting in the way of my work. What could this be? Is there anything else I can try to make it stop?
