Who all went to couples therapy?

Question

Wanting to hear thoughts of going to couples therapy after infidelity? 
Nothing was ever physical but emotional cheating. Did therapy help restore your marriage or did you decide to leave?

I never tried an actual therapist, but we used some online techniques and such. It took so much time to get back the trust. Still working on it, but it's been a little over two years since anything happened, and we are going strong.
If you can afford therapy, definitely get a strong, good therapist. Don't be afraid to try a few different ones either. It would've helped us way more if we had had that mediator/assistance

We tried therapy before our divorce, but neither of us were really open to it. He had already made his decision to leave, and I think deep down I knew it. I will say that while we were in it, he made a huge effort to help me more. 
Now that we’re divorced, I think that it really helped how we interact with each other post-divorce. Our relationship is better now, post-divorce, than it was in the last years of our marriage.
