Back pain is completely normal, and diarrhea can be too. If you’re worried, call your doctor. I wouldn’t worry though unless I had blood or pains that came and went (like contractions). Persistent back pain that isn’t coming in waves is probably just back pain, I would think! Try to relax, and seriously, call your doc if you’re truly worried. My anxiety has been through the roof since arriving at the third trimester mark, so I understand your worries but back pain and diarrhea don’t seem too concerning.
