24 weeks pregnant but suffering from IBS
Anyone else diagnosed with IBS either before or after pregnancy? I've been diagnosed for about 2 years now maybe a little less but it's really bad with TMI Diarrhea 😔😭 The gas pains and everything are horrible! Any tips on diet changes to slow this down???? Thank you
