Ibs-c (tmi)

I’m 21 & I’ve always had stomach problems. I have ibs-c meaning ibs with constipation. Mine fluctuations ALOT. I can have constipation a lot one minute then diarrhea the next. It’s not like a set stone. I was on different medications, they’ve tried miralax & linzess and I was on trulance for a while which worked great and now I’m having a hard time using the bathroom again and having to use laxatives and then I will have diarrhea it’s just crazy and annoying. I’m in pain and nauseous and I want a great medication that will help me. I cant keep leaving work and I want to be able to go out and live my life and not stay home near my bed and bathroom constantly , so if anybody who has the same issue or related pleas please please comment below some medications that helped out !!! I know I have to drink plenty more water because I don’t drink much in general and I know I have to do that myself & my eating big I don’t eat bad in general. But please comment medications that helped and any diets like foods that helped too I’m willing anything!! I’m so tired of this
