Going CRAZY nursing

I have a 4 week old that we recently started exclusively breastfeeding after having to supplement for a few days. I will feed him for like 45 minutes and he seems happy but as soon as I take him off my boob he is inconsolable. I dont know what to do! I'm nursing him the entire day and he is still fussy... I'm going crazy! Help me
