TTC for almost two years

Well I started using Conceive plus last month and my cycle came on yesterday but it’s not the same as it’s been. I am usually bleeding very heavy but it’s not as heavy at all. This also happened last month when I first started taking them. Has anyone over 40 had any luck using this product. Baby dust me please
