is this something to worry about?

for the past few days my stomach has been getting really sore. it doesn’t last the whole day, it just comes and goes randomly. it’s like the same pain you get after exercising except I don’t exercise lmao.

is this a sign of something bad and should I be worried?

I am currently being tested for ibs and celiac disease due to other stomach issues I’ve been having if that’s any useful information.
