Any insight/cramping 😭

Going by my spotting and CM I believe I ovulated around the 11th-14th somewhere in that area. I'm having hip to hip cramping. More like ovary to ovary but it's not in my ovaries. More like the section between them. Anyone experience this after ovulation?? AF due the 28th.
