HELP!😩

How do you ladies pump multiple times a day? I find myself absolutely dreading my next pumping session 😩 any tips on how to make things easier? I pump only twice at night- before I go to bed and around 3 am. It’s exhausting to sit there and let this machine milk me like a cow 😅
