What do your Braxton Hicks feel like?

I’m having all sorts of aches and pains.. cramps and sharp pains. Was seen by the doctor and everything looks fine. Wondering if it could be Braxton Hicks?

Mine (along with real contractions too) feel like strong period cramps.

Stomach gets tight and changes shape. Feels like my lungs are being crushed and like I may pee myself. Light cramping down low and the occasionally sharp pinch deep within my vagina. Not painful enough for me to believe I’m in actual labor but definitely noticeable and uncomfortable.
