Can you ovulate the same day you get an LH surge?
I took an ovulation test yesterday afternoon and surprisingly that was when I had my peak LH. Last night I started cramping on one side (which I read that means that’s the side your ovary is releasing on?) I hadn’t had cramping before this. I ended up doing the baby dance, but I was wondering, is it possible to ovulate on the same day you get a peak LH? I’ve read usually it’s 24-36 hours after the LH surge, but with what I was experiencing last night, I feel like I might’ve already ovulated?
This is my first month off of the pill. I really wasn’t expecting to ovulate at all this month, but then I had hope after I had my LH surge. What do you think?
Also, I took an ovulation test today that was negative so it seems to be going down.
