We follow wake windows. So ideally 4 naps with 1.25-1.5 hours between but often she has short naps resulting in a 5th nap needed to get to bedtime.

She sleeps for 3-4 hours during the day, that can be anything from 1 really long nap or 10 tiny naps. I try to let her sleep 10am-12pm then 3-4pm but she's really fighting sleep at the moment.
