Fall time means pumpkin time

I haven't made these since last year! The leaves have changed so it felt appropriate 😂

Pumpkin bars with cream cheese frosting!

4 eggs

1 2/3 c white sugar

1 c oil

1 15 oz can of pumpkin

1 tsp vanilla

2 c flour

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp salt

2 tsp cinnamon

Mix the wet ingredients and then add the dry, pop in the oven on a jelly roll pan for 25 mins!

For the frosting

1/4 c butter softened

1 8oz package of cream cheese, softened

2 tsp of vanilla

Powdered sugar to taste! I don't like it too sweet so I usually end up using less than 2 cups but the original recipe calls for half a bag
