Is the below photo a miscarriage or blood clot?

I have only had one other one in June 2019 that was this consistency. It’s a sack that can’t be torn or broken. Both this month and the month of June we BD almost everyday, and that’s the only 2 times I’ve had this.

We are currently trying for a baby.

I have never got a positive pregnancy test. And I am currently “on my period” but I also spotted for 3 days 1.5 weeks ago.
