White spots on my back?

Does anyone know what this is on my back? I haven't been in the sun and it doesn't itch. I also have some patches on my chest.

It’s missing pigmentation in your skin, basically sun damage. Nothing you can do about it except use sunscreen to prevent additional damage.

Times versicolor.  I have this!  
What you do is.. get Selsun blue medicated shampoo, and get a fungal cream, like Lotrimen or something.
You want to apply the selsun blue to your body, the area where the spots are.  Let it sit for 10 minutes.  Get in the shower and rinse it off.  After shower, apply anti-fungal cream to the area, and put on loose clothing to sleep.  Repeat this every day for two weeks, and I promise, it will be gone.
I’ve had this for years!
