Blood clot/pregnancy

Has anyone ever experienced pregnancy while having a blood clot. I’m currently sitting in the ER. The doc at urgent care sent me here based on my symptoms.... swollen calf. Shortness of breath and increased heart rate. I’m praying that is not the case. Very scared I’m very early in my pregnancy haven’t even had my first appointment yet. Please keep me in your prayers.
