IUD HELP

Bro how do I know if my iud is secretly embedding itself into my uterine wall, like will there be bleeding will it be hella painful. I recently just had sex after being abstinent for 2 months and before that I was in a relationship, like is that why I’m cramping?? My period is in 6 days but bih ow can you chill. It’s not terrible it’s not super abnormal I’m just scared and no one has a solid answer /:
