When did you start to or attempt to create a schedule for your infant?

I work 9am to 4pm and my SO works 11pm to 7am

My SO and I will literally take turns napping in between 4pm-11pm lol cause my son is all over th place. Sometimes he’ll sleep 2-3 hours , sometimes he doesn’t sleep longer than 30 minutes. He hates his bassinet, hates being cold but also hates being swaddled. So he usally falls asleep on me and I’ll attempt to move him when he’s 10-15 mins into his sleep.

Any suggestions will truly help, FTM and truna figure this mom thing out
