I am trying to bring back my period while exclusively breastfeeding. My daughter is almost 15 months. If I pump in the morning before work, and then go a full work day without pumping (7-8 hours), do you think that would eventually help bring on my period? I'd then nurse my daughter when I get home from work and she still nurses multiple times throughout the night too. I know nighttime nursing isn't "necessary" at this age but it's working for us for now.
