I need Cup advice ladies !!!

I have had my Lena cup for about 1 year now . It worked amazing at first and I never leaked for months on end . For the last 3 months, it has been leaking and I’m having to wear a liner again . I bleed really heavily too, and I’m NOT wearing pads . When I put my cup in, it also feels like it won’t go in all the way . It feels like it stretching my vagina and coming out and it hurts . I have pushed it in as far as it will go but it never moves . It makes me feel uncomfortable and I end up crying in the bathroom and having a panic attack . I need advice for what cup should I try out next for this certain problem . Low cervix cup ? And what brand should I try next ? The Lena cup I don’t like anymore because it is too hard for me to fold .
