Serious question

So my mom is thinking of taking me to an obgyn right bc I told her I wanted the depo shot bc I’m tired of my period. So she said that she was gon take me and stuff and that they better tell her that I’m still a virgin😗😗 and I’m not so can the doctor tell her if I am a virgin or not or is that like against the law? (I’m 16 btw🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️)
