Flu shot and early pregnancy??

Hello I’m 4w5d and I have to get a flu shot for my job. Is this okay to get so early in pregnancy?

I had mine scheduled before I found out. I haven't seen my doctor out but reached out and she said to wait until after 12 weeks gestation so that's what I'm doing.

I was concerned about this too but seems to be fine! I am planning to wait til my first appt at 8 weeks to confirm!
