Are tums bad to take for the acid reflux?

I’ve had such bad acid reflux which contributes to my nausea. Are tums bad to take every now and the for that?

Regular time can constipate you, so while they’re safe to take, there are some thy are gentle on your tummy. Ice cold almond milk helped me more than tums ever did.

It says on the bottle that pregnant women should not exceed 5 or 6 in 24 hrs (don’t remember exact). As long as you’re not doing that you should be fine. Just don’t take it around the same time as your prenatal vitamin and prob let your dr know!
