Short luteal phase / Vitex 🇬🇧 please help ladies ☹️ xx

Hi ladies

I’m really struggling with my cycle I seem to have a luteal phase of 7/8 days... I started b6 and had a promising improvement to 10 days then the next month back to 7 ☹️. My periods are all over the place too... 8 days, 11 days, 5 days then now this month I’m on period day ten and it’s not stopped yet.

My questions are...

Have any of you got pregnant with a short phase?

UK ladies have doctors taken you seriously with this / what help did they give?

Who has tried Vitex? Did it help?

Or just any general advice I’d really appreciate it I’ve been so frustrated and down. Xxx
