Please help.. rash? Or bug bite

Hey ladies so im kinda feeling overwhelmed right now around 4am i woke up feeling itchy and just tossing and turning. My husband woke up for work and i asked him to take a look because i feel it on my side and back and said theres a bunch of little red dots i also have a few on my inner arm but mainly on my side going towards my side boob has anyone seen this or experience thank you!
