9 week pains

I will be 9 weeks tomorrow with my first pregnancy. I've had super mild cramps and twinges the whole time, but today and yesterday I've experienced a strange pain. It's mild and intermittent, but it feels much lower. Like the pain feels like it's actually in my vagina, low and towards the back. It's like a pulling kind of pain. I called my doctor and he said not to worry unless it becomes unbearable or I start to bleed or spot. Has anyone else experienced this?
