Yesterday morning I had what I’m assuming was my bloody show. It was bright red/pink when wiping and lasted for about 7 wipes. I also had a little bit of mucus that was tinged with blood.

Then starting last night, I had mild period like cramping. Since then, it has not stopped and the cramps have only gotten stronger. They are also in my back now too.

They feel like I want to put a heating pad on them and take Advil (which I know I can’t). Is this early labor? Everyone keeps telling me it sounds like it but I’m confused!

I’m 36 weeks and baby’s head is directly on my cervix. It’s also soft, but was closed yesterday morning when I got checked out for the bleeding.
