Earlier in the week I had posted that my daughter was going through the 4th month sleep regression early!!😩 She was a great sleeper before and started to wake up every hour! I was exhausted! 😭 I called her pediatrician and he told me to go ahead and sleep train. I know this is a controversial subject and many people don’t agree BUT this is what works best for my family. 🙂 So now we are on the third day and she slept through the night last night and I no longer have to rock her to sleep. I have placed her in her bassinet for all her naps today and she has been sleeping on her own no tears!! 🥳 I’m just happy we are all we’ll rested again!! 😃🎉
