looking for tips, tricks, supplements, advice
cycle day 2 of our 4th cycle ttc... please provide any and all of your tips, supplements you took (both for you and your partner), anything that you think remotely helped you get your bfp!
we use opks, bbt, fertilecm pills, fertilaid for men to improve sperm count and motility, grapefruit juice, last cycle bd every other day from the day after period to after fertile window and stay with my hips elevated for at least 30 minutes (if it’s before bed i don’t get up until morning), fish oil pills, and prenatals. i also drank pink stork fertility tea, but it pushed back my fertile window lengthening my cycle so i won’t drink that anymore.
we are 29 and 32, we’re in shape former athletes, we exercise, we eat a mostly healthy diet, we both drink incredible amounts of water — always have, have limited alcohol (i once in awhile only have wine) and the only other thing we drink is coffee.
so does this community have anything else that worked for them that we should try?
