I know that every pregnancy is different but I’m just nervous because I had a missed miscarriage a couple years ago.

I have had a missed miscarriage at 13 weeks with my first pregnancy that results with a D&E.. 2 months later I was pregnant again and I now have a healthy 18 month old daughter. I’m now pregnant again.. 5w3d today.. and I’m just nervous because I don’t feel pregnant. With my daughter I instantly felt pregnant.. I had morning sickness starting at 4 weeks and had every pregnancy symptom there was. Now.. nothing. At first at had sore boobs and slight cramps but now literally nothing. I have no bleeding luckily. My HCG was checked and is doubling as it should but has or is anyone else just not feeling pregnant? Or had this issue and everything been okay? I know it’s still early, I guess things just felt a lot different with my daughter
