5 days ago my world turned upside down... Everything wont quit spinning.. I have been to my ENT and now they reccomend that i see a nerologist..When I was in the first grade liquid got stuck in my ear. My doctor at the time told my mom that "it was just swimmers ear". This went on for a month or two. My mom religiously went back ito the doctors because she knew it had to br something else. When she finally wore the doctor down he did a CAT scan and was told that I needed an ENT. The ENT told my mom that tubes would not fix the issue. I had to have ear surgery. What was supposed to be a "minor" 30 minute surgery turned out to be 3&1/2 hours. They had to take out my whole middle ear... Fast foward 8 total surgeries and 15 years. I now have no hearing in that ear and vertigo. But its not the same dizziness that i am used to.. Now I can barely put my clothes away without accidentally pullinh the drawer out too far..
