Possible miscarriage?
I’ve been int the mirena since August, I had my son in June and had one period after that no bleeding. But now I’ve having some light pink blood whenever I wipe and now there’s stringy pink/red discharge. There’s been some cramps too. Is it a possible miscarriage or what?
