Why do people follow me on this app?

It’s weird and I don’t like it. Why do people “follow” me on this app? What does that mean?? Can I make them unfollow me ??

You can’t make them unfollow you but it really doesn’t do anything. I think people just do it to try and make friends. It makes no difference though. They don’t know anymore about you than anyone else lol

Generally people follow you when you’ve posted things they like and agree with. Personally I don’t view it as weird. I love my followers and I also follow a lot of people. 
No, you cannot make people unfollow you, that isn’t how that works. It’s just a way of saying “hey! I think you’re awesome and I love what you post and comment!”
