Not sure how far along I am

I have a 5 month old and have not had a period since having her. I found out a week ago that I’m pregnant. My first hcg was 1148 the 2 days later 2111 then exactly a week later and they are 26000. I don’t have an ultrasound till Monday it’s driving me crazy not knowing how far along I am! I’m thinking I will have a June baby but who knows.
