How common is general swelling while in the 3rd trimester? Has anyone experienced preeclampsia without the crazy high blood pressure numbers? My blood pressure is high for me (usually and consistently it’s about 116/60) it has been 128/80 the last few times I’ve gone in and my swelling is so bad I have to get a cast for my hands because it is causing the tendons to be restricted. My toes and fingers tingle randomly. And I have crazy headaches. Because my blood pressure is in the “normal” numbers no one will check my urine for proteins. Usually my dr is great with this type of stuff (he’s done my surgeries with all 4 of my other children and is doing this one as well) but he said my blood pressure is good so he doesn’t worry about it. And yes 4 other pregnancies and no swelling. The tops of my feet get bruises sometimes from my sandals because they swell around them so bad. Here are my feet today and it’s not even 5:00 yet. I work 40 hours a week and it’s mostly standing but they are constantly swollen. TIA
